With over 400 Dogs showing up in costume with their proud owners it was an event not to be forgotten. Everyone at this past weekend dog event in the gardens at Chicago Botanical, “Spooky Parade and Contest” put their best paw forward to seize the moment of walking down the grass carpet. 

With tie offs in place to hold back the crowds and paparazzi, these dog participants certainly had their moment in the spotlight! Meet a few of the sweetest creatures on Earth from this wonderful event! 

After this energetic and showy event, the dogs were snacking away on the gourmet treats given away by the Chicago Botanical Gardens for participants and saying their good byes until next year for the big competition!
