retail family for over 20 years and represent top quality product; however, if
for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund,
credit or exchange within 15 days of receipt of product that is shipped Fed Ex
or UPS. Simply email customerservice@MigandTig.com
or call us within 15 days of receipt to be given a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) Number. No
return can be accepted without an RMA.
Once the product has been inspected by Mig and Tig, and deemed in
original resalable condition, the return or exchange will be processed
You can expect to see your refund credit within 5 business days. Customers are responsible for return
shipping fees, and we strongly urge having the shipment insured. All items must be shipped back in the
original packaging materials.
Credits cannot be issued for returned product that is damaged.
We offer free shipping on several of our items. If for any reason you need to return an
item with free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price
minus standard shipping costs. If
you opt to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also had
free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to cover our costs.
All White Glove Delivery Items can be returned within 7 days
of receipt of goods. Simply email CustomerService@MigandTig.com
to be given a return merchandise authorization (RMA )Number and instructions
for returning the item. A 20%
restocking fee will be applied plus freight charges both ways. No return can be
accepted without an RMA.
All items must
be returned in their original, unworn an unused condition enclosed in the original
packaging for refund or exchange.
With furniture purchases, (White Glove Delivery) in the event you have
instructed the shipping company to remove packaging debris when furniture has
been delivered, a repackaging fee will be incurred in order to safely return
the item. You may also request to
keep original packaging materials to avoid any repackaging fees at time of
delivery. Packaging material must
be kept intact in order to reuse.
Once the product has been inspected, by Mig and Tig and/or
manufacturer and deemed in original, resalable condition, free from dirt and debris, (including
pet dander and stains) the return or exchange will be processed immediately. You can expect to see your refund
credit within 5 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees, 20% restocking
charge and if applicable for furniture, repackaging charges. You must have your
return shipments insured. All items

to you and additional shipping charges will apply.
Refusal of a shipment, without notifying the shipper and Mig
and Tig, will incur a 20% restocking fee plus shipping charges both ways.
